BYU game tonight still on

There will be no blizz-out tonight at the Marriott Center. Despite the approaching forecasted blizzard, the Cougars game against Mississippi Valley State is still a go. The Delta Devils arrived in town on Monday,and even though weather might keep some fans away, officials see no reason to not play the game considering both teams will be able to reach the Marriott Center. Here’s BYU’s release on the decision to play the game as scheduled:

“BYU’s men’s basketball game vs. Mississippi Valley State will be played as scheduled tonight at 7 p.m. MT in the Marriott Center. Fans planning to attend the game are encouraged to be prudent in their travel and to heed weather advisories.”
