Vitale gives Fredette first-team kudos

ESPN basketball analyst Dick Vitale is already heaping praise on BYU guard Jimmer Fredette. He has Fredette as a member of his first-team preseason Vitale All-American team. Obviously, Fredette is going to enter his senior season with a lot of expectations and honors. If he delivers as expected, and remains healthy, it could be a very rewarding season for the star from Glens Falls, N. Y., and there could be a nice reward with a professional career afterwards. I know BYU hoops fans are getting anxious to see how Fredette’s senior year plays out, and what lies ahead for him in the future, with the hope that Fredette’s decision to return for his senior season will pay dividends for both himself and BYU basketball.
