Fredette on another Vitale team

ESPN college basketball analyst Dick Vitale decided to release his super six all-coming-back-to-college team. He was a little critical, rightly so, of all the underclassmen who remained in June’s NBA draft. And he praised those who returned to college, and the impact they’ll have on their respective teams. BYU’s Jimmer Fredette is one of the six he heaped praise upon. Here’s a link to his comments and his team of all-draft-withdrawals.

Another Fredette tidbit. Folks back in Glens Falls, N.Y. say the contract for BYU to play Vermont on Dec. 8 in the Glens Falls Civic Center has been signed, so the game is officially on the schedule. It’s obvious Fredette has made his hometown fans proud and there’s a lot of excitement back there for his homecoming game. Should be an exciting couple of days for him, his family and the Cougars.
