Manase Tonga update

BYU fullback Manase Tonga, who missed the 2008 season because he was ruled academically ineligible, showed up at Tuesday morning’s practice. Tonga was trying to be inconspicuous, hanging out by the doors of the locker room, watching the Cougars go through drills.

Coach Bronco Mendenhall said he doesn’t know when or if Tonga will return.
His grades are supposed to be posted today, but there are still hoops for him to jump through.
