Air Force pre-game analysis

Air Force coach Jeff Reynolds, with his team off to an 0-7 MWC start, the Falcons’ worst in 15 years, is shaking up his starting line-up tonight by going with three freshman – Sammy Schafer, Brandon Provost and Taylor Stewart. My bet is Reynolds is trying to spark a fire under his players and get some energy onto the floor.
For BYU, sophomore Jackson Emery is back in the starting line-up, which gives the Cougars the same starting five that they used for 19 straight games.
The biggest challenge for the Cougars will probably be shooting in this spacious background and dark gym – at the junior-college like Clune Arena. My guess is there’s about 2,000 fans in the arena.
