Bowl projections: BYU vs. Boise State?

SI.com’s Stewart Mandel has come out with his latest bowl projections. He predicts BYU will finish 10-2 and face 12-0 Boise State in the Poinsettia Bowl. Mandel figures the WAC will let Boise State go from its own bowl commitments for this matchup and that the Broncos will take the Pac-10′s spot in the Poinsettia.

Mandel writes that the Sugar Bowl will take a 12-1 Alabama team against a 12-0 Utah squad (over the Big East Champ) in the Sugar Bowl.

I’m curious what BYU fans think. Would you like to see a BYU-Boise State showdown? Would you travel to San Diego for a bowl game? How about Las Vegas (for the fourth straight year)? Or are you still holding out hope that somehow BYU will wind up in a BCS bowl?
